Measures For Apparel Sizing
You will need measuring tape, something to write down your measurements, and in some cases, someone to assist you.
Chest: Your chest circumference is also measured at its largest point. Wrap the measuring tape around yourself horizontally and make sure to inhale about half-way.
Waist: Wrap the measuring tape around your waist, where you’d normally wear your pants. Make sure to keep a finger between the tape and your body to leave a little bit of slack.
Inseam: To measure your inseam, or leg length, have someone measure along the inside of your leg, from crotch to heel.
